LC Coordinator/Administrator Applicant Record Creation Request
This form is to be filled out by the Learning Center Coordinator/Administrator. Applicants need to fill out the full online application which is available from the respective Learning Centre's website.
Use this form to request a record to be created in SonisWeb, by our admissions officer, for the applicant you are processing. The process of collecting fees, additional reference forms, transcripts, etc., can continue while this is done. We will get back with you as soon as the record has been created and is available for you to complete the admissions process components for which you are responsible. Thank you!
